【摘要】 本文对6所西部地区民族高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务现状进行网站调查与统计分析,指出存在问题,提出改变服务理念,提高主动服务意识;积极引入新技术,优化DRS技术环境;加强特色数据库建设,突出民族文献资源优势;加强DRS宣传,扩大DRS认知度;提高学科馆员专业素养,提升学科服务水平等建议与思考。更多还原
