含油污泥颗粒调剖体系研究

【摘要】 为了解决油田生产产生的大量含油污泥,利用污泥能够封堵储层孔喉的特性,研制成一种悬浮体系,可以将含油污泥悬浮其中,形成含油污泥颗粒调剖体系。悬浮体系成分为:护胶剂、分散体系和颗粒联结剂。利用护胶剂本身的高粘度、分散体系对污泥颗粒的吸附作用,增强体系粘度和悬浮性能,颗粒联结剂可以增加污泥颗粒的相对聚集度,增强对调剖目的层的堵塞率。利用悬浮体系配制的新型含油污泥颗粒调剖体系,能够有效封堵大孔道,调整吸水剖面,通过室内调剖实验可得,新型含油污泥颗粒调剖体系对岩心封堵率达95%以上,原油采收率提高20%以上。

【Abstract】 To solve the suspension problem of oil-bearing sludge particles,developing oil-bearing sludge suspension system,its composition is viscosity increaser,dispersing system,particles connection agent.The suspension system can suspended the oily sludge particles and form the oily sludge particles profile-controlling system.Utilizing viscosity increaser’s high-viscosity and dispersing system of adsorption, enhancing system viscosity and suspension performance.For enhancing blocking rate of profile control target layer,the particles connection agent is manufactured.The new type oily sludge particles profile-controlling system can made from suspension system.It can block big channels,and adjust the water injection profile and coordination role of injection-production relationship.The effect of oily sludge particles profile-controlling system is evaluated by indoor experiment.The core test results showed that the system could plug effectively core and the plugging rate reached over 95%,the oil recover enhanced more than 20%.
