用成像法制作二维缺陷态光子晶格的实验研究
Experiment Studyof Fabricating 2D Defect Modes Photonic Lattices Using Imaging Method
【摘要】 在制作二维光子晶格的实验基础上,通过两种带有缺陷的振幅掩膜,利用成像法在LiNbO3:Fe晶体中分别实时写入带有4个点缺陷和1个线缺陷的二维缺陷态光子晶格.实验结果显示,晶体厚度对晶格的形成有一定影响,厚度太大的晶体中不易写入理想的光子晶格.
【Abstract】 Based on the experiment study of fabricating photonic lattices,two kinds of 2Ddefect modes photonic lattices are real-time fabricated respectively in LiNbO3:Fe crystal using imaging method by two defect amplitude masks,which include respectively four dot-defect modes and one line-defect mode.The results of experiments show that the thickness of crystal has a certain influence on the forming crystal lattices and the perfect photonic lattices are not easy to be written in the crystal which thickness is too large.
