【摘要】 土地整理项目在在发挥巨大社会效益和经济效益的同时,其对环境的影响也日益受到重视。目前土地整理项目环境影响评价技术导则还处于酝酿期,该类环评报告的编写还处于摸索阶段。本文通过对一系列该类环评影响评价工作实践经验的总结,对环评报告中工程分析、新增耕地分析、水资源论证、地下水影响、生态影响分析等方面提出了编写的意见和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,land consolidation projects have been widely developing all around China,the influence of which on environment has focused more and more attention at the same time of its immeasurable economic benefits. As the land consolidation technical guidelines for environment impact appraisal is still in the gestation period,the writing of which is also in the exploratory stage. From the writing of this kind of reports,opinions and suggestions on several sections have been put forward for discussion,including: engineering analyses,analysis of newly increased plow lands,water resources argumentation,groundwater effect,ecological effect and so on.更多还原
