氧化铈填充硫化天然橡胶疲劳寿命预测
Fatigue Life Prediction of Vulcanized Natural Rubber Filled with Cerium Oxide
【摘要】 为了保证橡胶组件的安全性和可靠性,疲劳寿命预测和评估在橡胶组件设计过程中是非常必要的,本文根据天然橡胶材料特性和失效准则提出了ε-N预测方程,基于氧化铈填充硫化天然橡胶在不同应变幅值下的疲劳试验数据,对疲劳方程进行非线性拟合求出参数,然后对氧化铈填充硫化天然橡胶材料试件的疲劳寿命进行预测,并对预测结果进行了评估。结果显示预测曲线与试验数据拟合良好,预测结果较好。
【Abstract】 In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of rubber module,the prediction and assessment of fatigue life of the rubber module is critical for the design process.In this paper,based on material properties and failure criteria the prediction equation is proposed of the fatigue life of vulcanized natural rubber filled with cerium oxide.Based on the fatigue test data of different strain amplitude,parameters of fatigue equation are obtained by nonlinear fitting.And the fatigue life of vulcanized natural rubber filled with cerium oxide is predicted and the results are evaluated.The results show that prediction curve and test data fit well and the predicted results are reliable.
