304不锈钢抗燃油管开裂原因分析
Failure Analysis of Fire Resistant Oil Tube Made of 304 Stainless Steel
【摘要】 某电厂304不锈钢抗燃油管开裂,采用化学成分分析、显微组织分析、能谱分析、扩口试验、数值模拟和无损检测等方法对开裂原因进行分析。分析结果表明,抗燃油管外壁存在腐蚀性介质Cl-,在加工残余应力及内部介质对管子外壁造成的拉应力的长时间作用下发生应力腐蚀而导致开裂渗油。建议全面查找抗燃油管表面腐蚀性介质Cl-的来源,同时对其他抗燃油管道进行重点监督和检查,避免类似渗油事故再次发生。
【Abstract】 The cracked fire resistant oil tube was investigated by means of chemicalcomposition analysis, microstructure analysis, energy- dispersive X- ray analysis, driftexpanding test, numerical simulation and nondestructive test. The result showed thatcorrosive medium was found on the outer wall of the stainless steel tube. Thus, undertensile stress caused by inner high-pressure medium and residual stress, the fire resistantoil tube cracked due to stress corrosion.Therefore, in order to prevent similar losses in thefuture, the source of corrosive medium Cl-should be searched out in time, and thesupervision and inspection should be focused on other fire resistant oil tubes.
