【Abstract】 To handle the obstacles in the development of urban-rural integration in Fuxin, a comparison was made between Shanghai, Suzhou and Liaoning Province which indicates that it is necessary to select the suitable mode to promote urban-rural integration in Fuxin. The mode is proposed to involve taking agriculture industrialization as the basis, vigorously promoting development of secondary industries such as agricultural and forestry products processing and others, and giving full play to mutual promoting between agricultural industrialization and urbanization.
