【Abstract】 It is of great significance to strengthen leadership′s management capacity consturction at institute, which decides the success or failure of scientific enterprise. Using the theory of management, leadership and science of talents, countermeasures to develop the leadership′s management ability at institute were put forward, i.e., promoting cohesion to lead the staff with officers, improving the decision-making power to guide employees do the right thing, enhancing executive power to make staffs work correctly, upgrading the charisma to inspire workers willing to work, enhancing learning ability to protect workers being able to succeed.更多还原
