HF RFID系统中整流器设计与分析
Rectifier Design and Analysis in HF RFID System
【摘要】 设计了几种基于CMOS工艺的高频RFID整流器,包括:桥式整流器,栅压交叉连接桥式整流器,NMOS-PMOS栅压交叉连接桥式整流器.分析了NMOS栅压交叉连接桥式整流器和PMOS栅压交叉连接桥式整流器的结构和特点.所设计的这两种电路具有负载驱动能力强,漏电流低,电路能量转换效率高等特性,并且随着输入功率的变化有着很好的电路稳定性.另外对一种改进型NMOS-PMOS栅压交叉连接桥式整流器电路进行了讨论,在一定的输入功率下这种电路具有很高的能量转换效率.给出了几种电路的仿真结果,并对仿真数据进行了比较.
【Abstract】 Several CMOS-based high frequency RFID rectifiers are presented,including bridge rectifier,gate cross-connected bridge rectifier,NMOS-PMOS gate cross-connected bridge rectifier.Structure and characteristics of NMOS gate cross-connect bridge rectifier and PMOS gate cross-connect bridge rectifier are analysed.Both circuits are designed with a load driving capability,low leakage current,high efficiency energy conversion circuit characteristics.And with the change of the input power circuit has a good stability.A kind of improved NMOS-PMOS gate cross-connected bridge rectifier circuitis.It has an excellent PCEat a certain input voltage level.The results of several circuit simulations are given,and simulation data are compared.
