3维超分子Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、结构与性质研究
Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Properties of One 3D Supramolecular Zn(Ⅱ)complex
【摘要】 选用H2bdc为主配体和bipy辅助配体,在水热条件下与Zn(NO3)2·6H2O反应,得到了1个新的Zn(Ⅱ)配合物Zn(Hbdc)2(bipy)2(H2bdc=2,4′-联苯二甲酸,bipy=4,4′-联吡啶).X-射线单晶结构分析表明,Zn(Ⅱ)与2个主配体的羧基氧和2个辅配体中的氮原子配位形成六配位的单帽三棱柱构型的单核化合物,其单核配合物分子之间通过氢键及π-π相互作用组装成3维超分子化合物.对此配合物的光谱和热稳定性进行了研究.
【Abstract】 The main ligand H2bdc and auxiliary ligand bipy reacted with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions to afford a novel Zn(Ⅱ)complex Zn(Hbdc)2(bipy)2(H2bdc=biphenyl-2,4’-dicarboxylic acid,bipy=4,4’-bipyridine).The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses shows that metal center Zn(Ⅱ)coordinate with four oxygen atoms from two main ligands and two nitrogen atoms from two auxiliary ligands to givea mononuclear complex which is a single cap tri-prism structure.There are H-bonding and π-π interaction among the adjacent molecules.
