【摘要】 目的探讨雀啄回旋灸十二背俞穴对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度及骨生物力学的影响。方法建立去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型,将大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组、艾灸组、艾灸加雌激素组、雌激素组。共治疗12周。造模手术后、治疗结束后,分别做活体骨密度检测。处死后做大鼠的胫骨生物力学监测、子宫内膜HE染色。结果在以上实验中,其他组与模型组相比其力学弹性有所恢复。检测指标对比明显差异,(P<0.05~0.01),雌激素干预组存在子宫内膜增生现象。结论雀啄回旋灸十二背俞穴有利于骨质疏松大鼠生物力学黏弹性的恢复,艾灸和雌激素治疗二者作用相似,且其副作用较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of birdpecking and revolving moxibustion on twelve back shenshu points on the rats.METHODS Osteoporosis model on ovariectomized rats was set up.Then they were randomly divided into sham-operated group,model group,moxibustion group,moxibustion adding estrogen group and moxibustion adding androgen group with 12 weeks as a course.After modeling and treatment,bone mineral density accordingly was detected.The tibia biomechanics monitoring and endometrial HE staining were observed after death.RESULTS The results showed that all the biomechanical indicates of the other groups were strikingly lower than that of the model group(P<0.01).Estrogen endometrial hyperplasia appeared in the estrogen intervention group.CONCLUSION Birdpecking and revolving moxibustion on twelve back shenshu points is beneficial to the recovery of biomechanics viscoelastic on osteoporosis rats.The effect is similar to estrogen but has less side effects.更多还原
