【摘要】 目的比较中医药联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌在近期疗效和生存质量方面的差异。方法应用Meta分析方法的随机效应模型,对国内2000年1月-2012年6月为止单纯采用中医药联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌,并以单纯化疗作对照的研究文献进行定量合并分析。结果在肿瘤患者缓解率方面,中医药联合化疗组的418例患者中有159例取得了完全或部分缓解,化疗组363例患者中有107例取得了完全或部分缓解,2组比较,P<0.01。中医药联合化疗组的147例患者中有89例生存时间超过1a,化疗组102例患者中有47例生存时间超过1a,2组比较,P<0.01。在生存质量方面,中医药联合化疗组的267例患者中有155例卡氏评分提高,化疗组243例患者中有76例患者卡氏评分提高,2组比较,P<0.01。结论中医药联合化疗方案在治疗晚期结直肠癌患者有效率和1年生存率上优于单纯化疗方案,而且中医药联合化疗在提高生存质量上有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the differences of efficacy and quality of life between combination of medicine and chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.METHODS Random-effects model Meta-analysis was applied to quantitatively combine and analyze the literature of treating advanced colorectal cancer with combination of medicine and chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in China from January 2000to June 2012.RESULTS In terms of tumor response rate,159cases out of 418patients in combination group achieved complete or partial remission while 107cases out of 363in chemotherapy group did so(P<0.01).89patients out of 147in the former group survived longer than 1awhile 47patients in 102in the latter group did so(P<0.01).As for life quality,155out of 267in the former group improved Karnofsky score while 76out of 243in the latter group did so(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy is superior to chemotherapy alone treating advanced colorectal cancer patients in effect and one year survival,especially in improving life quality.更多还原
