【摘要】 根据小蚕用桑特点及小蚕共育户的要求,研究设计了一种圆弧刀式结构的桑叶条叶切割机。该机采用了圆弧式刀刃曲线,以凹凸刀刃相结合的方式实现切割,具有刀片结构简单、制造安装和磨刃方便的特点,整机工效达到450~500kg/h,1~3龄蚕可用。为此,阐述该机的设计思路、结构形式和工作原理,介绍了该机的主要工作部件结构和参数的设计。该机的研制取代了目前的人工切桑方式,解决了小蚕共育户切桑劳动强度大、工效低的问题,大大提高了养蚕劳动生产率,而且具有保持叶质新鲜、机具维护方便、使用成本低等特点,受到小蚕共育户的欢迎。更多还原
