基于麦棉轮作体系的棉花覆膜播种机设计

【摘要】 根据黄河三角洲麦棉轮作体系的种植规格,研发了一种能同时完成开沟、播种、施肥和覆膜工作的大型多功能精密棉花播种机。采用液压折叠技术,能够适应不同地块大小和不同地形;采用四杆仿形机构,实现了播深一致性的要求,且仿形量可以达到80~120mm;采用勺盘式排种器,实现精密播种,可保证空穴率小于2%。

【Abstract】 The cotton planter for film covering is a large multi-functional precision planter which can furrow,seed,fertilize and laminate at the same time.According to the domestic and foreign development situation and trend of cotton planter,this machine is optimized on the basis of 2BM-6 cotton planter in Agricultural Science Institute in Binzhou,Shandong Province.And it is designed to comply with the cotton-picking machine.This machine adopts hydraulic folding technology and can adapt to different sizes and different terrain;uses four rod profiling mechanism for the uniformity of sowing depth;uses a spoon disc seeder for precision planting.
