【摘要】 战略联盟是现代企业管理研究的重要内容,是企业从外部获取资源,形成竞争优势的重要路径。其作为一种新的合作竞争方式和资源整合机制,受到了学术界和企业界越来越多的关注。特别是20世纪80年代以来,战略联盟在全球范围内迅速兴起,经过多年的发展实践,战略联盟几乎成为所有产业中的普遍现象,成为众多企业生存和发展的重要战略手段。本文在战略联盟文献研究的基础上,介绍了国内外不同学派对战略联盟的相关研究,回顾战略联盟的理论研究、主要类别、绩效研究、稳定性研究等内容,形成对战略联盟研究的较为全面的理论回顾与文献综述。最后,基于理论综述提出了未来可能的研究发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strategic alliance is an important part of modern business management research,and it is also an important path to obtain resources from the outside and create competitive advantages.As a new way of cooperation and competition and resource integration mechanism,strategic alliance has been paid more and more attention by academia and the business community. Especially since the 1980 s,with the rapid developing of strategic alliances across the world,after years of development practices,it has almost become a common phenomenon in all industries,and become an important strategic tool for many business survival and development. Based on a literature review of strategic alliance,this paper describes the different schools of domestic and foreign research on strategic alliance,and provides a review of the studies on strategic alliance,including the studies on the mechanism,its categories,its performance and stability,as well as its establishment and management. At last,based on the comprehensive studies of theoretical review and literature review on strategic alliance,this paper gives some future research suggestions accordingly.更多还原
