【摘要】 对孵化器内初创型科技企业绩效进行综合评价具有必要性与紧迫性。基于新型多指标评价方法—PLS路径模型,运用南京110家企业调研数据,以人才效益、科技效益、成长效益、经济效益、社会效益5大方面、15个指标为基础,构建了孵化器内初创型科技企业绩效综合评价指标体系,数据显示该指标体系能够较好地覆盖孵化器内初创型科技企业的多维度目标。在此基础上根据综合评价结果进行系统聚类分析。特别地,为克服聚类分析的主观性以及贫数据问题,引入灰色关联分析方法以客观考察不同维度的潜变量指标对不同类型初创型科技企业综合评价得分的影响。结果表明不同类型初创型科技企业改进综合评价得分的着力点并不相同,企业应认清自身情况,进而做出针对性决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is not only essential but also urgent to evaluate the performance of the technology star-ups in incubator. Based on the PLS path model,which is a new multi-index evaluation method,the survey data of 110 technology start-ups in Nanjing technology entrepreneurship special community are used,a comprehensive evaluation system is built based on five aspects and fifteen indicators,the data show that this system can well reflect the main goals of the technology start-ups in incubator. According to the results of the synthetic evaluation model,the cluster analysis is conducted.Specially,in order to overcome the subjectivity of clustering analysis,the grey incidence theory is introduced to analyze the impacts of different dimensions of evaluation index on the synthetic evaluation scores of different types of technology star-ups,the results show that the focal point for different types of technology star-ups are different,the enterprises should realize their situations and make targeted decisions.更多还原
