【Abstract】 Most previous studies on urban housing demolition focused on the relationships between government and house-owners,which simplified interest relationships in urban housing demolition. In fact,there are many stakeholders in urban housing demolition. Relations are very complex in their interest. We use stakeholder theory to analyze ten stakeholders in urban housing demolition, and divide them into three types,namely core stakeholders,key stakeholders and general stakeholders.
