【摘要】 加拿大外来移民工权益保护政策体系比较完善,表现为条目明晰、执法严格、重视教育培训及各参与主体的良性互动。相比而言,中国的农民工政策存在可操作性差、执行不严格、监管不力等问题。借鉴加拿大经验并结合中国国情,提出从政策体制改革、权责利分工、社会组织培育、教育和培训等方面进一步加强和完善农民工权益保护政策体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with China’s, Canada’s protection policy system for immigrant workers’ rights and interests is fairly perfect, with the clauses being clear, law enforcement being strict and great importance being attached to the education training and to the benign interaction of each participants.Whereas, China’s policy of migrant workers has some problems: poor operability, execution and regulation. By learning from the Canada experience and considering China’s national conditions, the paper proposes that the protection policy of migrant workers’ rights in China should be strengthened in the following ways: to reform the policy system, to separate powers, responsibilities and benefits from each other, to enhance social and organizational education and training, and so on.更多还原
