南京地区肉鸽大肠杆菌分离与鉴定
The Isolation and Identification of Escherichia coli of Pigeon in Nanjing
【摘要】 为了分析南京地区肉鸽场乳鸽死亡的原因,对7份死亡乳鸽病料进行细菌分离培养,获得了7株细菌。对这7株菌株进行了分离培养、染色镜检、生化特性鉴定、血清型鉴定以及药敏试验,结果表明:1)7株细菌均为大肠杆菌;2)7株细菌对14种药物中头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、多粘菌素B敏感,对氨苄西林、链霉素、丁胺卡那耐药率分别高达85.7%、71.4%和85.7%。此外,从这7株细菌中随机选取1株细菌进行16SrDNA基因片段测序,发现该细菌407bp核苷片段与GenBank中已知8株大肠杆菌对应核苷酸片段同源性均高达99%以上。
【Abstract】 Seven strains of bacteria are isolated from seven dead pigeon diseases in order to obtain the causes of dead squabs in pigeon farms in Nanjing.Seven bacteria are tested with culturing characteristics,staining characteristics,biochemical properties,serotype identification and susceptibility.Results show that seven bacteria are all Escherichia coli.seven bacteria are sensitive to Cefuroxime,Ceftriaxone,Cefotaxime,Polymyxin B,and the rates of resistance to Ampicillin,Streptomycin,Amikacin in 14 drugs are 85.7%,71.4% and 85.7% respectively.One bacterium is randomly selected for sequencing 16 SrDNA gene.Results show that the homologies are more than 99% between the bacteria 407 bp nucleotide fragments and eight known strains of Escherichia coli nucleotide fragments in GenBank.
