海工混凝土配合比设计的试验研究及其影响因素分析
An Experimental Study on Mixture Ratio Design of Marine Concrete and the Analysis of its Influence Factors
【摘要】 采用正交试验设计方法对海工混凝土的配合比进行了试验,研究了水胶比、细骨料的种类、单方用水量和养护时间等不同因素对海工混凝土工作及力学性能的影响,分析了每个因素水平对混凝土配合比的作用及各个水平之间的差异。结果表明,对混凝土工作性能的影响因素分析依次为单方用水量、砂的种类和水灰比;对混凝土强度的影响因素依次为水灰比、养护时间、细骨料的种类、掺单方用水量。
【Abstract】 Based on the orthogonal test design,the paper explores the mixture ratio of marine concrete,and the effects of different factors such as water-binder ratio,types of fine aggregate,unilateral water consumption and curing time,on the workability and mechanical properties of marine concrete,the effect of each factor level on the mixture ratio of marine concrete and the difference between each factor level.The results show that the factors influencing the working performance of concrete are unilateral water consumption,the species of sand,and water-ash ratio content;the factors influencing the strength of concrete are water-cement ratio,curing time,types of fine aggregate,mixed with unilateral use of water.
