成膜剂硅溶胶的黏度对涂层性能的影响
Effect of viscosity of silica sol used for film forming agent on coating properties
【摘要】 涂层黏度实验证实,硅溶胶黏度越大,所制备涂层的附着力越大,耐腐蚀性能越强。通过对硅溶胶的物理化学性能研究可知,硅溶胶体积分数的增加会导致体系pH值的上升,当体积分数为10%时,pH值达到最大值9.91。当pH值为9.7时,硅溶胶的黏度最大且Zeta电位绝对值最大。根据硅溶胶体积分数和体系pH值的线性关系,得出硅溶胶最佳体积分数为9.074%。
【Abstract】 According to the coating viscosity experiments, it is confirmed that the coating adhesion and corrosion resistance strengthen with the increasing of silica sol viscosity. Through the study on the physical and chemical properties of silica sol, it is obtained that: the increase of silica sol concentration leads to the rise of system pH value, when the concentration is 10 vol%, pH value reaches the maximum value 9.91. When the pH value is 9.7, silica sol viscosity and Zeta potential absolute reaches the maximum value. According to the linear relationship between the silica sol concentration and the system pH value, the best silica sol concentration whose value is 9.074 vol% is acquired.
