α-亚麻酸微胶囊化壁材复配工艺的优化研究

【摘要】 通过单因素及正交试验,研究喷雾干燥法制备α-亚麻酸微胶囊壁材的优化复配工艺,考察VE添加量、亚麻胶与海藻糖质量比、单甘脂添加量及卵磷脂用量4因素对α-亚麻酸微胶囊化效率的影响。结果表明,α-亚麻酸微胶囊壁材优化复配工艺参数组合为VE添加量0.2%,亚麻胶与海藻糖质量比1∶6,单甘脂添加量2%及卵磷脂用量0.25%时,α-亚麻酸微胶囊化效率高达87.5%。

【Abstract】 The optimization technology on the wall material composition of α-linolenic acid microcapsule prepared by spray drying process and the effect of the additive amount of VE,flaxseed gum and trehalose mass ratio,the additive amount of monoglycerides and the amount of lecithin on the efficiency of α-linolenic acid microcapsule are studied by Single factor and orthogonal test. The results show that the optimum efficiency of α-linolenic acid microcapsule is 87.5% while the additive amount of VE is 0.2%,flaxseed gum and trehalose mass ratio is 1∶6,the additive amount of monoglycerides is 2% and the amount of lecithin is 0.25%.
