基于ArcGIS Engine的海上溢油动态监测系统开发
Development of oil spill dynamic monitoring system based on ArcGIS Engine
【摘要】 采用油粒子扩散模型对海上溢油的漂移趋势进行预测,对溢油区域的面积、范围和经济损失进行计算。并基于ArcGIS Engine软件平台,开发了原型系统,该系统以宁波湾附近海域为研究对象,涵盖溢油漂移预测模块、溢油区域统计模块、经济损失计算模块以及风险评估模块,实现了GIS和系统应用模块的有机集成。
【Abstract】 Oil spill over the sea is an important cause of seawater and shoreline pollution. This paper realizes the dynamic monitoring of oil spill using oil-granule model,which could monitor and forecast the area,boundary and drift tendency of oil spill rapidly and accurately. Based on the platform of ArcGIS Engine,a prototype system was developed,including four modules,such as forecasting of spill drift,area summation of oil spill,counting for economic losses and risk assessment. Taking Ningbo bay as the research object,we can effectively perform dynamic monitoring of oil spill,and provide maritime sector aided service for the work of emergency and decision-making.
