急性创伤性脑损伤模型核转录因子-KB(NF-KB)表达变化规律探讨

【摘要】 目的:探讨急性创伤性脑损伤后核转录因子-KB(NF-KB)的表达变化规律。方法:本组实验采用Wistar大鼠进行实验,随机将80例大鼠分为假手术对照组(30例)与脑外伤损伤组(60例)。采用免疫组织化学法观察大鼠创伤性脑损伤后NF-KB表达的变化规律。结果:脑外伤损伤组的脑组织中神经损伤病变区域在损伤后6~120h阶段性时间内,NF-KB的表达明显增高,且与假手术对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性创伤性脑损伤后NF-KB表达显著增高,因此NF-KF的异常可能是导致继发性脑损伤的主要因素,可通过抑制NF-KB的表达从而实现防止继发性脑损伤的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acute traumatic brain injury after a nuclear transcription factor-KB(NF-KB) expression variation.Methods This set of experiments conducted experiments using Wistar rats,and 80 patients were randomly divided into sham group of rats with brain trauma injury group.Variation observed in rats after traumatic brain injury NF-KB expression using immunohistochemistry.Results TBI brain injury group of nerve injury lesion area in six hours-120 hours after injury time stage,the expression of NF-KB was significantly higher,and there is a significant difference compared with the sham control group,P < 0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Acute traumatic brain injury NF-KB expression was significantly increased,and therefore NF-KF exception may be the main factors leading to secondary brain injury by inhibiting the expression of NF-KB in order to achieve the prevention of secondary brain injury occur.
