【摘要】 目的:研究中医药界专家评价一项民间诊疗技术评估要素。方法:基于相关研究,自制《专家调查问卷》,对全国6个地区中医系统不同专业的201位专家进行民间诊疗技术评估要素问卷调查。运用统计学方法对16项评估要素进行描述统计量,通过聚类分析对数据做出分类。结果:16项评估要素中安全性的均值名列前茅,为90.60。聚类分析提示,16项评估要素可聚为4类,其中安全性、疗效评价、技术稳定性聚为一类。结论:一项民间诊疗技术的核心评估要素是安全性问题,其次为疗效评价、技术稳定性、社会效益、推广应用前景等,可将16项评估要素根据重要性不等按类分级计分。各地区专家对评价一项民间诊疗技术评估要素的重要性问题意见总体趋于一致,部分具有差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research TCM experts’ opinion on assessment factors of folk technology. Methods Based on some investigation,we make the experts questionnaire to question about 201 TCM experts from six districts on assessment factors of folk technology. To use the statistical methods to analyze descriptive statistics of 16 assessment factors and classify them through cluster analysis.Results The mean value of security is 90. 60,which is the top score of 16 assessment factors. Cluster analysis shows that the 16 assessment factors can be classified four grades. Conclusion Security is the core assessment factor to folk technology of TCM,the following is curative effect,technical stability,social benefits,prospect and so on. The 16 assessment factors can be scored by grades through the importance. The opinion of experts from different districts about assessment factors of folk technology is consistent on the whole.更多还原
