TLR7、MyD88在皮肤肿瘤及癌前病变中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的研究Toll样受体7(Toll-like receptor-7,TLR7)及髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)在光化性角化病(actinic keratosis,AK)、Bowen病(Bowen disease,BD)、皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法免疫组化法检测22例AK、20例BD、23例SCC及15例正常皮肤组织中TLR7、MyD88的表达情况。结果 TLR7表达在细胞质中,其在SCC、BD、AK组及正常皮肤组中的阳性表达量用积分光密度值(integrated option density,IOD)计算,表达量分别为195.68±3.30、37.93±1.91、26.12±1.68、5.05±0.62,各组之间均有差异(P<0.01)。MyD88表达在细胞质中,在SCC、BD、AK、正常皮肤中的IOD值分别为146.70±3.65、55.36±6.65、8.65±1.14、3.03±0.83,组间比较有差异性(P<0.01),且TLR7及MyD88的表达呈正相关(r=0.973,P<0.01)。结论 TLR7及MyD88表达增高可能在上述3种疾病的发生发展中起一定的作用,且两者可能有协同作用。

【Abstract】 To investigate the expression and significance of Toll like receptor 7(TLR7) and myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88) in actinic keratosis(AK), bowen disease(BD) and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(SCC), the expression of TLR7 and MyD88 in AK(22 cases), BD(20 cases), SCC(23 cases) and normal tissue(15 cases) were detected with immunohistochemistry. We found that TLR7 was expressed in cytoplasm. The amount of positive expressions in the SCC, BD, AK and normal skin groups were calculated by integral optical density values(IOD), and the expressions values were 195.68±3.30, 37.93±1.91, 26.12±1.68, 5.05±0.62, which were significant different compared each other(P < 0.01). Besides, MyD88 was found in cytoplasm, the values of IOD in SCC, BD, AK and normal skin groups were 146.70±3.65, 55.36±6.65, 8.65±1.14, 3.03±0.83, which were divergent in each group(P < 0.01). Furthermore, the expression of TLR7 and MyD88 was positively correlated(r=0.973, P < 0.01).In conclusion, the high expression of TLR7 and MyD88 might be involved in development of above diseases, and effect synergistically in these disease development.
