超临界水中煤气化制氢热力发电系统的构建及其能量转化机理分析
Novel Power Generation System Based on Coal Gasification in Supercritical Water and Principle of Its Energy Conversion
【摘要】 提出1种新型超临界水中煤气化制氢热力发电系统,该系统使煤在超临界水中气化的产气直接发生氧化反应加热蒸汽,驱动透平发电。以常规煤直接燃烧推动超临界机组再热循环系统为参照,新系统能量效率相对参照系统高出4.5%,效率提高23.1%。进而,基于能的品位概念和图像分析法,研究超临界水中煤气化制氢过程中化学能与物理能的能量品位关系,阐明新系统损失减少和热源品位提升的机理。结果表明:新系统大大提高了化学能的利用效率,能量品位匹配更加地合理。
【Abstract】 A novel thermodynamics cycle power generation system based on coal gasification in supercritical water was proposed,which make the gas production of coal gasification in supercritical water generate oxidizing reaction for steam heating,then the steam goes to turbine to generate electricity.Take the conventional system which coal is direct burning to drive the supercritical steam turbine reheat cycle system as a reference,the energy efficiency of the new system is 4.5% higher than the reference system,and the exergy efficiency is improved by 23.1%.Furthermore,based on the concept of energy grade and the Energy Utilization Diagram Methodology,researched the energy grade relationship between the chemical energy and physical energy in the process of coal gasification in supercritical water,then clarified the mechanisms of the reduction of exergy losses and the promotion of heat source level in new system.The results show that the new system can greatly improve the energy efficiency of the chemical energy and the energy level match more reasonable.
