平煤十三矿提升机电控系统可靠性研究
Reliability Research of Pingshisan Coal Mine Hoist Control System
【摘要】 以平煤集团十三矿新副井提升机电控系统可靠性设计策略为研究背景,详细介绍了该提升机控制系统的设计思路,开发出了一种基于双三电平变频器与PLC为核心的提升机控制系统,有效地保证了提升机系统的可靠运行。该系统已经在现场得到了成功应用。
【Abstract】 According to the reliability of the auxiliary hoist control system in Pingshisan coal mine,the hoist control system design ideas are introduced in details,and then a new kind of control system is developed based on the dual three level inverter and PLC,the reliable operation of the hoist system is effectively ensured.This system has got the effective application in the coal mine.
