高位硬厚岩层破断规律力学分析与数值模拟研究
Mechanical and Numercial Analysis on Breaking Regulation of High Hard Thick Rock
【摘要】 以杨柳矿10416工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析,建立硬厚岩层梁式破断力学结构模型,分析了工作面在推采过程中,硬厚岩层破断的力学机理,并利用UDEC建立二维离散元模型,研究硬厚岩层破断规律。研究结果表明:硬厚岩层初次破断步距与其最大拉应力、硬厚岩层厚度、煤层与硬厚岩层之间的岩层厚度正相关,与其上覆载荷、岩层移动角负相关。
【Abstract】 Based on the engineering background of 10416 working face of Yangliu mine,we established the "beam broken of hard thick rock" mechanical structure model by theoretical analysis,we also analyzed the mechanics mechanism of the hard thick rock breakage in the mining process of working face,establishing two dimension discrete elements by UDEC,we analyzed roof broken pace of hard thick rock.The results showed that the first breaking interval of hard thick rock is positively related to the ultimate tensile strength,its thickness and strata thickness of coal seam and hard thick rock,negatively correlated to the overlying load and the displacement angle of strat.
