煤矿机车智能调度系统研究

【摘要】 针对现有煤矿机车调度管理存在的效率低下等问题,提出一种基于WIFI的智能调度管理系统。系统采用双无线接口及区域分割的方法实现了车载终端与无线接入点之间的快速切换,有效减少无线接入点切换时延,保障通信的连续性。系统采用地理信息系统(GIS)技术实现了井下机车可视化调度管理,并可根据机车位置及运行状态自动扳道岔及闭锁敌对进路,提高行车速度。实际应用表明,系统运行稳定、可靠性高,提高了煤矿机车调度系统的智能化水平,对煤矿无线通信技术的发展和规范管理具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems of low efficiency of coal mine locomotive scheduling and managing,an intelligent scheduling management system based on WIFI was designed. The system used double radio interface and region segmentation which realized the fast hand off between mobile terminal and multiple wireless access point, effectively reduced the handover delay, and guaranteed the continuity of communication. The system realized the visualization of coal mine locomotive scheduling based on geographic information system(GIS). The system could automatically move turnout and close conflicting route according to the position and the running state of locomotive which improved the traffic speed.The practical application showed that the system could run reliably and stably. The study improved the intelligent level of coal mine locomotive scheduling and was of significance in mine wireless communication development and standardized management.
