螺旋式煤泥清挖机的设计
Design of Helical Coal Slime Clean Machine
【摘要】 首先给出了煤泥清挖机的新型结构,集料槽内布置对称集料螺旋,集料槽中间安装输送螺旋,采用了集料与输送配套的连续输送方式,效率高、适应性强。利用ANSYS软件对螺旋集料轴进行了有限元分析,给出了2种不同叶片截面下的应力分布图,并总结了不同螺距、不同填充系数对螺旋叶片应力场的影响规律,为煤泥清挖机及其类似设备的设计制造提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Firstly,a new structure of the coal slime clean machine is proposed.Symmetrical aggregate spiral is arranged in aggregate slot.Efficient and adaptable continuous transmission way corresponding to the aggregate and transportation is adopted.Finite element analysis of spiral aggregate axial is conducted by using ANSYS software,and the stress distribution under two different blade section is given,and the influence law of different pitches and filling coefficients on the stress field of the helical blade is summed up.The theory basis is provided for the design and manufacture of coal slime clean machines or similar devices.
