最大产率原则(等“λ”原则)在选煤工艺设计中的应用
Application of the rule of maximum yield(rule of equal “λ” ) in design of coal preparation process
【摘要】 介绍了科学、正确应用等"λ"原则的方法,结合设计实例,分别就混合洗选和轮流单独洗选方式进行了精煤产率预测,验证了只有采用"等边界灰分分选"才能取得最大精煤产率,从而使企业获得最大经济效益。
【Abstract】 Scientific and correct application of the rule of equal"λ"introduced; prediction of concentrate yield conducted separately by cleaning of mixed feed and cleaning of feeds in alternative sequence; it was verified that only "cleaning on equal boundary ash"maximum concentrate yield could be attained,leading to maximum economic benefitobtained by enterprise.
