【摘要】 近年来,国内外在线教育发展迅猛,受到教育研究者的普遍关注。煤炭职工在线教育需求迫切,但煤炭高校在线教育发展滞后,已严重削弱了煤炭高校对社会教育尤其是对煤炭行业教育的影响和引领。面对煤炭高校开展在线教育的严峻形势,结合煤炭主体专业在线教育的探索与实践,从人本化、规范化、弹性化、混合化、专业化、优质化和高端化等方面,就煤炭高校开展在线教育进行了深入的阐述,提出了煤炭高校开展在线教育的努力方向,希望能够为煤炭高校开展在线教育提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Online education is rapidly developing both at home and abroad in recent years,and has produced widespread concerns from education researchers.In China,the need of online education by coal workers is very urgent,but the development of online education in coal mining education institutions greatly has lagged behind.This situation has severely weakened the leading position and impact of coal mining institutions on social education,especially on the coal mining industry education.In the face of the serious situation of carrying out online education in coal mining institutions,this paper combines the exploration with its practice of online education in Main Mining Majors,and puts forward development strategies of online education in coal mining institutions from the aspects of human-oriented;standardization;flexibility;hybridization,optimization and high-end oriented.The advice in this paper can provide some references for carrying out online education in coal mining institutions.更多还原
