【摘要】 目的:探讨患者参与型护理模式对吻合血管桥式交叉皮瓣的临床疗效影响。方法:将2012年4月~2014年6月吻合血管桥式交叉皮瓣术式患者80例随机分为2组,观察组采取患者参与型护理模式应用于术前、术后的护理,对照组行一般护理模式护理,比较两种护理模式在吻合血管桥式交叉皮瓣术后患者的舒适度和临床疗效。结果:观察组术后第1天、第3天、1周、皮瓣断蒂后第2天患者的舒适度和皮瓣成活率、断蒂后功能恢复情况明显优胜于对照组,差别有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:总结出患者参与型护理模式是一个能提高吻合血管桥式交叉皮瓣术后患者舒适度和临床疗效的国内可行性护理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nursing Model of Patient-participation in cross bridge vascular anastomosis flap operation. Methods 80 patients accepted cross bridge vascular anastomosis flap operation from April 2012 to June 2014,were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases were received Nursing Model of Patient-participation, the control group of 40 cases received general nursing model,the clinical effect was compared after operation. p<0.05 was considered statistically significant difference. Results The survival rate of the flap and functional recovery of observation group was significantly superior to the control group( p<0.05) in the comfort of after one day, three days and one week after the operation. Conclusion Nursing Model of Patient-participation can improve the comfort and clinical effect after the cross bridge vascular anastomosis flap operation,This nursing model could thought a feasible nursing model in China.更多还原
