【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适护理在牙周翻瓣术患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例行牙周翻瓣术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规牙周手术四手操作,实验组在常规牙周手术四手操作的基础上给予舒适护理,观察比较两组患者疼痛程度、对护理的满意率、焦虑、抑郁等情况。结果:120例患者采取不同护理后,实验组0度疼痛发生率为42%,护理满意率达91%均高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理降低了患者在牙周翻瓣术中的不适感,提高了患者对护理的满意率、对手术过程的配合度以及口腔健康知识的知晓度,丰富了整体护理的内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in patients with periodontal double disc surgery effect. Methods 120 routine periodontal double disc surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group given routine periodontal surgery four hand operation, the experimental group on the basis of routine periodontal surgery four hand gives comfortable nursing, observation to compare two groups of patients degree of pain, for the satisfaction of nursing, anxiety, depression, and so on and so forth.
