【摘要】 目的:探讨"红线"理念在单侧唇裂唇红整复中的应用。方法:在完成单侧唇裂上唇裂隙整复后,采用红唇三角瓣法修复唇红,观察术后效果。结果:562例单侧唇裂唇红患者,修复后511例效果满意,形态满意率91%。结论:用该法整复单侧唇裂唇红可获得满意效果,可供各种单侧唇裂术式参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Application of "red line" concept in the repair of unilateral lip. Methods In complete unilateral cleft lip:upper lip fracture after reduction, the vermilion triangular flap to repair vermilion,observe the effect after operation. Results 562 cases of vermilion repair after 511 cases were satisfactory, form the satisfactory rate was 91%. Conclusion The satisfactory effect can be used the method of correction of unilateral cleft lip and vermilion,for a variety of unilateral cleft lip operation reference.更多还原
