【摘要】 目的:比较IL-18在正常皮肤和病理性瘢痕组织中的表达及分布情况,探讨IL-18在病理性瘢痕的形成过程中所起的生物学作用及意义。方法:收集2006年12月到2007年6月广东医学院附属医院整形外科手术切除的正常皮肤10例,增生性瘢痕组织12例,瘢痕疙瘩12例,应用免疫组织化学技术及荧光定量RT-PCR分别检测IL-18蛋白及IL-18 mRNA在它们中的表达水平及分布情况。结果:IL-18在正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩中均有表达,IL-18mRNA和IL-18蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩组和增生性瘢痕组之间无明显差异(P>0.05),但两者均低于正常皮肤组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-18可能是病理性瘢痕组织的形成促进因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparing the expression and distribution of IL-18 in the normal skin and pathological scars, To explore the biological contribution of lL-18 in the formative course of hypertrophic scard. Methods From December 2006 to June 2007,10 cases of normal skin, 12 cases of proliferative scar and 12 cases of keloid tissues were collected at Department of Plastic Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College.Take normaI skin as control group, Applicating immunohistochemical technique and fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, to detect the expression level and distribution of IL- 18 protein and IL- 18 mRNA in them. Results The expression of IL-18 protein and IL-18 mRNA was both obviously lower in hypertrophic scar and keloid tissues compared with those of narmal skin respectively y(P<0 05). ConcIusion The results indicated that IL-18 maybe one of the factors to promote pathological scar tissue forming.更多还原
