【摘要】 脓毒血症是指感染或创伤等因素引起全身剧烈性炎症反应、致各组织器官出现继发性损伤的临床症候群,是复杂肾结石患者围手术期最严重的并发症,常引发多器官功能衰竭,甚至死亡。复杂肾结石围手术期脓毒血症的防治需要高度重视,在临床上需密切观察患者各项指标变化,做到早发现、早治疗,包括积极的抗炎治疗、及时的扩容补液、以及应用血管活性药物等措施。研究表明适当使用糖皮质激素,可以抑制细胞内炎症介质级联反应,是脓毒血症治疗的重要措施之一。本文简要介绍近年来针对复杂肾结石围手术期防治脓毒血症的临床新进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sepsis refers to the severe systemic inflammation caused by infection and trauma,which then induces secondary injury of tissues and organs.It is severe complication in perioperative patients with complex renal stones,often causing multiple organ failure with high mortality.Recent researches have suggested that in order to prevent sepsis in perioperative patients with complex renal stones,we need discover and treat timely,monitoring the changes of vital signs.In positive anti-inflammatory treatment,fluid infusion,vasoactive agents,glucocorticoid and inhibition of intracellular inflammatory cascade are essential.In this paper,we will briefly introduce the new clinical approaches to sepsis in perioperative patients with complex renal stones.更多还原
