【Abstract】 Since the 21 st century, with the rapid development of potato industry, China has been the largest potato producing country in the world. By looking up relevant literatures, we stressed the importance of developing potato industry in China, described the status quo and pointed out the driving force for potato industry development in China in the past decade. Then, problems that may exist were analyzed, and the significance of developing potato industry in China was emphasized.更多还原
