矿用隔爆型防爆低压电器产品开盖断电开关的优化设计

【摘要】 矿用隔爆型防爆低压电器产品的开盖断电开关在使用过程中必须绝对进行带电开盖,当工作人员需要对隔爆产品进行检修工作时,要切断前级电源才能进行施工。而目前国内矿企的开盖断电开关由于在使用过程中经常发生开关破碎、弹簧失去弹性的问题,对矿区的安全生产造成了极大安全隐患。针对弹簧弹性问题以及开关破损现象对开盖断电开关进行了优化设计,并获得了很好的效果。对今后发展的真空断路器开关以及大容量空气型馈电开关进行了简要阐述。为实际煤矿企业的安全运行提供一定的经验基础。
【Abstract】 Flameproof explosion-proof low voltage electrical products in the course of opening the lid off switch must absolutely be charged openings, when a staff member needs to carry out maintenance work when the explosion products, to cut off the power supply to the construction superiors. At present,the domestic mining enterprises lid off switch as often happens in the course of the switch broken, loss of elasticity of the spring issue of mine safety in production caused great security risk. In this paper,the elastic spring breakage problems, and switch off switch on the lid has been optimized, and obtained good results. Meanwhile, the article also on the future development of the vacuum circuit breaker switches and high-capacity air-based feed switch briefly described. I hope articles for the safe operation of the actual coal mining enterprises to provide some empirical basis.
