煤矿仓储搬运机械手PLC控制系统设计
Design of PLC Control System for Carrying Manipulator in Mine Warehouse
【摘要】 通过分析煤矿仓储搬运气动控制机械手作业流程,确定系统的5种工作模式。根据系统运行要求设计气动回路,根据作业流程选择三菱FX2N-48MR型PLC作为系统控制器件,进行端口及控制面板设置并绘制PLC接线图,利用方便指令IST对系统起始梯形图、手动控制、复位控制和自动运行等进行编程,实现煤矿仓储搬运机械手的多模式控制,系统具有结构清晰、功能齐全、操作简单等特点。
【Abstract】 In the system, five operating modes were determined through analyzing the operation flow of carrying manipulator in mine warehouse. Pneumatic circuit was designed according to the operating requirements of the system. Meanwhile, FX2N-48MR PLC(Mitsubishi) was selected as the controller to set ports and control panel and draw PLC wiring diagram. IST(Convenient instruct) was utilized for the programming of starting LAD(LadderLogic Programming Language), manual control, reset control and automatic operation in the system. Therefore, the multi-mode control on the carrying manipulator in mine warehouse could be realized. This system is characterized by clear structure, complete functions and simpler operation.
