【Abstract】 This paper first analyzed the main function and the failure reasons of the flat type connector units. Then we analyzed the model of trapezoidal teeth flat type connector unit by simulation software.We also did dynamic fatigue electric test on the connection unit, which is commonly used in the current situation. The whole fatigue process has been observed by the analyses of the reasons of the fatigue cracks.更多还原
