基于PLC的井下通风系统改造方案设计
Scheme of Energy Saving Reformation for Mine Ventilation System Based on PLC
【摘要】 使用PLC与变频器相结合的方式,以井下气压压力为主要控制对象,对煤矿离心风机的运转与转速进行控制,对其产生的温度过高、机械故障、有害气体超标等进行报警,提高井下通风效率与安全性,并达到明显的节能效果,为煤矿通风系统的节能改造提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The use of PLC and frequency converter combination method and the pressure as the main control object achieve the process of centrifugal fan speed and operation of effective control, the control system will alarm for high temperature, mechanical failure, exceed the standard of harmful gases, and improve the efficiency and safety of underground ventilation, achieve remarkable energy saving effect. it provide a new way for the retrofit of the mine ventilation system.
