电液压脉冲气溶性射流动力特性及其破岩规律研究
Dynamic Characteristics and Rock Breaking Regularities of Electrohydraulic Pulse Gas Solubility Jet
【摘要】 提出了一种新型的射流方式并应用于破岩领域,建立了腔室内的动力学方程并求解,分析了射流的流场特性和岩石表面及内部所受应力分布,计算了在电液压脉冲气溶性射流作用下岩石破碎坑的特性。结果表明:射流发生器腔室内压力随时间的变化呈双峰特性,该射流破岩的最佳喷距为10~25 mm,岩石表面所受的最大应力为2 000 MPa,岩石内部应力由冲击点由表及内呈梯度式降低。
【Abstract】 A new type of jet was put forward, and applied in rock breaking area. Dynamics equation of liquid medium in generator chamber and solved. The flow field characteristics of the jet, the distribution of the surface stress and the internal stress of rock under electro-hydraulic pulse gas solubility jet were analyzed. Meanwhile, characteristics of zap pit under the jet were calculated. The results indicated that the change over time of the interior pressure of jet generator chamber shows bimodal characteristics. The optimum jet distance of rock breaking by electro-hydraulic pulse gas solubility jet is 10~25 mm. The maximum surface stress of rock is 2 000 MPa. The internal stress of rock decreases in steps.
