基于PowerMILL的模具零件电极自动编程管理系统研究与开发

【摘要】 针对应用PowerMILL加工模具零件电极时重复劳动多、编程效率低等问题,以Visual Basic6.0为开发平台,利用宏命令对PowerMILL进行二次开发,建立了电极实例库、刀具库、策略库和工艺模板库,开发了电极自动编程管理系统。实践表明,系统能明显提高编程效率,进而提高加工效率,降低生产成本。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of much duplication of labor and low programming efficiency in applying PowerMILL to machine die & mould component electrodes, the secondary development of PowerMILL was made based on Visual Basic6.0 and by using macro command. During the re-development, an electrode instance library, a tool library, a strategy library and a template library of electrode machining process were set up; and the automatic programming and management system for the electrodes was developed based on it.
