【摘要】 运用Moldflow软件模拟和解决冰箱储物盒注射模镶件偏移问题。通过数值模拟,找出了镶件两侧熔料流动不均匀导致镶件受力不均匀是镶件产生偏移的主要原因,并通过调整塑件局部壁厚,使熔料充填型腔时镶件的受力平衡,解决了镶件偏移的问题,生产出符合设计要求的塑件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Moldflow software was used to simulate the inserts’ shift in an injection mould for a fridge storage box.The main cause was found the uneven flow of molten material along two sides of the inserts under which uneven stress generates.By adjusting partial wall thickness of the product,the force balance in the filling process of molten material was improved and the inserts’ shift problem was eventually solved.更多还原
