基于CAE支架的浇注系统与冷却系统的优化设计
CAE-based optimal design of feed system and cooling system in mould for bracket
【摘要】 以咖啡机支架为研究对象,通过CAE分析,准确预测了不同浇注系统的熔接痕分布情况,避免熔接痕在塑件的高亮外观面上产生,通过对模具冷却系统的CAE验证分析,发现了塑件的集热区域,并对冷却系统进行优化以满足塑件质量和生产周期的要求。
【Abstract】 CAE analysis was made to accurately predict the distribution of melting line of a coffee machine bracket formed in a mould with different feed system design in order to prevent the appearance of melting line on the high gloss surface of the product. Through CAE verification analysis on the mould cooling system, the heat collector zone was found out and optimized to meet the requirements for the product quality and production cycle.
