基于数值模拟的平板塑件飞边研究
Research on flash of injection moulded plastic flat plate based on numerical simulation
【摘要】 针对平板塑件的飞边,用数值模拟方法从锁模力、压力差及型腔板变形等方面分析了产生飞边的原因,并预测了飞边可能出现的区域;通过与实际塑件比较,验证了该方法的可行性,为研究飞边缺陷的产生提供了一种切实可行的方法,对如何减少塑件的飞边具有一定的参考作用。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the cause of flash in injection moulded plastic flat plates from aspects of clamping force, pressure difference and cavity deformation; and the possible area of flash was predicted. This work was verified by a real injection moulded specimen and it offers a new approach for the research of flash.
