Simulation analysis was made on the minimum clamp force of die-casting die in vibration working condition by using dynamic working condition and liquid-solid coupling technology.The result shows that the maximum equivalent stress node of cavity wall in the liquid metal filling process all concentrates at the same position of cavity edge;the reactive force of upper and lower die cores is 31.344N and 34.012N,respectively;the minimum clamp force is 65.356N;and the clamp force can be increased under vibration w...
