【摘要】 探讨JWF1416型粗纱机的性能特点、工艺设计及质量控制。介绍了新型粗纱机的技术优点,对粗纱机罗拉隔距、粗纱定量、牵伸倍数、粗纱捻度、粗纱成形及张力等工艺参数设计及粗纱质量控制进行了分析和论述。指出:应根据新型粗纱机的特点和纺纱要求,正确设计工艺参数,加强设备维修管理、温湿度控制及运转清洁管理,才能正常发挥其优势,满足纺纱质量和生产的要求。认为:合理优化粗纱工艺配置和加强粗纱质量控制是使用好新型粗纱机的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The property characteristics,process design and quality control of JWF1416 roving machine were discussed.The technology advantages of the new roving machine were introduced.The processing parameters design and roving quality control of roving machine were analyzed and discussed from roller gauge,roving weight per unit,draft multiple,roving twist,roving forming and tension control.The result shows that based on the characteristics and requirements of the new roving machine,processing parameters are designed correctly,equipment maintenance management is enhanced,temperature and humidity are controlled operation and clean management are strengthened,finally advantages of roving machine are used fully,spinning quality and production demand are satisfied.It is considered that the key of using new spinning frame are optimizing roving processing parameter rationally and strengthening roving quality control strictly.更多还原
